Dr Duong has received his Bachelor of Science at the University of California at Irvine, Master of Education at Louisiana State University, and optometry degree (OD) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While in optometry school, he was elected into the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society and won the alcon case report during his last year.
He is a current member of the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and North East Texas Optometric Association.
Dr Duong has a special interest in pediatric amblyopia management, dry eye management with amniotic membrane treatment, glaucoma care, keratoconus, scleral contact lenses, and diabetic eye disease. On his free time, Dr. Duong loves spending time with his wife, three sons and daughter, attending church, watching sports especially college football (Geaux LSU Tigers!), road biking, and running.
